  • Client Tusk Automation ordered a one-of-a-kind machine designed from scratch . This machine uses optical and physical measurement sensors to inspect cords, a cutter system to remove defects, and a highly sensitive and responsive tensioning system.
  • It was designed to fit a challenging set of requirements: operator ergonomics and safety, compact footprint, easy cleaning and servicing
  • We provided design through to assembly, with iterative prototypes and procurement coordination 
  • Used spiral development methodology to refine multiple concepts through incorporating customer feedback and reviews to complete the finished product
